Our advantage is our scale - our 125 Acre farm will be scaled and developed to include a seed nursery, seedlings, and juvenile tree relocation. Extraction and Export operations are managed from Kinshasa.
The Iboga Tree is native to 3 countries on the planet - Gabon, the Republic of Congo, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) - DRC is almost 4 times larger than Gabon and Republic of Congo combined.
We have a skilled local labor force ready to be deployed to commence operations at the farm in Q2 2026.
With 5,000 mature iboga trees growing adjacent to the land - some as old as 30+ years - we will commence extraction operations in Q3 2025.
KINSHASA CENTER OF EXCELLENCE
Our field teams in the DRC will be based out of an Ibogaine Center of Excellence in Kinshasa and composed of local agronomists, community liaisons, project managers, and partner organizations who live and work in the regions where our ibogaine originates and is extracted.

Pharmagaine is focused on multiple forms of processing of the iboga plant for different customers globally:

Primary processing of the iboga root for pharmaceutical clients - isolate and full-spectrum.

Secondary extraction of the root bark to extract the alkaloids prior to export for pharmaceutical and nutraceutical clients.

cGMP compliant extraction of Ibogaine HCL which is the purified, stabilised, crystalline, and precise form of ibogaine used in clinical and therapeutic form of the compound for clinics and treatment centers globally.
Methods to extract all 20 known alkaloids from the plant have been built - it is expected that with further research, the other 19 alkaloids in the iboga plant will have significant commercial value over the coming decade resulting in sigificant commercial upside for our company and partners.
GLOBAL EXPORT OPERATIONS

We are in the final stages of securing our Export License in DRC to further support our research and pharmaceutical partnerships.
SECURE STORAGE
All processed materials will be stored in DEA compliant facilities and cages after processing.
Materials imported into the US will be stored in a Licensed and secure DEA compliant facility operated by Pharmagaine on the East Coast (New York State). They will then be shipped by FEDEX to licensed researchers and commercial operators as orders are completed.
REAL-TIME DATA TRACKING
All mature plants, extracted materials, and finished inventory are tracked in real time using a range of technology and data solutions.
