Pharmagaine is actively engaged in ongoing discussions with a diverse group of research partners and drug development companies to advance the creation of next-generation pharmaceutical products and solutions. These collaborations are focused on addressing some of the most pressing and underserved areas in mental health and neurological care, including addiction treatment, post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), TBI, trauma-related conditions, and anxiety disorders.
By combining cutting-edge scientific research with innovative development strategies, Pharmagaine aims to accelerate the translation of novel therapies from concept to clinical application, ultimately improving patient outcomes and expanding access to effective, evidence-based treatments.

Pharmagaine has adopted a dual-headquarters model - with strategic and operational teams in San Francisco ensuring compliance, quality control, sales channels, and innovation, and dedicated field teams in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (headquartered in Kinshasa) coordinating community engagement, sustainable agriculture initiatives, pharma-grade extraction, and local partnerships.
This integrated structure allows the company to marry rigorous scientific standards with deep cultural and ecological sensitivity.

We are building a world-class team of experts in plant science, extraction operations, brand marketing, product development, regulatory and government affairs, and global business development to realize our mission and vision. Our founders have worked for companies including Quaker Oats, PepsiCo International, WPP, and worked for some of the world's biggest brands including Nike, Unilever, P&G, Coca-Cola, Citibank, Singapore Airlines, Nestle, L'Oreal, KFC, and Rolex.
Our local team in the Democratic Republic of the Congo have unmatched experience dealing with government ministries, working with local communities, managing logistics across multiple African countries, agriculture and horticulture in zones where the Iboga tree grows naturally, and export regulations.
